Sudoku anyone?

So Kyle got me hooked on this Japanese number game called Sudoku. Last fall there was a small puzzle in US News and World Report. Kyle debated letting me try it because he knew I'd be hooked once I tried it. Sure enough, after a good 2 days of solving my very first puzzle, I can't seem to put them down! Eventually he caved and bought me a book with a bunch of puzzles in it, and now it is almost completely filled out. Time for a new book I guess! It's really fun and pretty challenging if you attempt one of the hard ones. I have since gotten my dad hooked on it who likes to challenge me every once in awhile, however I remain to be the pro for now.

One Sunday before church Janelle was playing while Kyle and I were getting ready. I came out of my room and found her with my Sudoku book "writing numbers." It was really funny seeing her there. I guess she'd seen me one too many times doing a puzzle and thought it was high time she discovered for herself what all the fuss was about.

P.S. I'm not quite sure why that last picture never completely loaded, oh well.

Looks like fun... my mom got me hooked over Christmas break... and shane got me a book for Christmas! I haven't done it for awhile, but now I may just have to start! Janelle will be a pro in no time!

So you joined the sudoku cult with the rest of the world, huh? Just Kidding. The lady I visit teach introduced Brad to it and he says it is fun. Taylor says he see's people playing it all over the subways and stuff. Just so you know, there is a website that posts a new one everyday if you don't want to buy a book.
