Conference Weekend Happenings

We had a very nice weekend watching General Conference! On Saturday my Dad picked up Janelle to spend the day at their house playing with her cousins, so I had a nice opportunity to work on scrapbook pages. I am so far behind, so it was nice to do a little catching up. Then on Sunday we spent the day at my parents house. My aunt and uncle from Arizona were in town, so we had a nice time spending time with them. We also made a yummy between-conference lunch of pork burritos (Cafe Rio style!). I know you can't see it very well (the pictures turned out terribly), but here's two of the 15 scrapbook pages I got done this weekend. Scrapbooking is the PERFECT activity to do while watching Conference.
Daddy had to work Saturday morning and Janelle was devastated that he had to leave before she woke up, so to cheer her up we decided to make Grandpa Mammen's special waffles (with blueberries added at Janelle's request).
We love your waffles Grandpa!
Spencer thought President Monson was enthralling.
It's funny, he stared at the tv a good while when Conference came on Saturday morning!

Yea! There's the side by side comparison I was thinking of. A chip off the tutu block. :o)

15 pages is awesome! And those two look great! You must do them fast! I didn't have any stuff with me so I couldn't work on mine. Oh well. Sounds like it was a fun weekend.
