This is me.

This is me last Friday at 1:30pm having not had a shower yet. This is me after two hours at the gym and so tired that I wasn't sure my legs would carry me through the rest of the day.

This is what I saw when I got out of the shower. (*Sigh*) Now I take credit for the clothes on the floor (I'm horrible about putting clothes away), but the rest of it...all Spence. And this is just my bedroom!
You can't see it as well as I thought you could, but this is me with my "Wicked Witch of the West" green eyeshadow warning all who came near me not to set me off. This tired mama got out of the shower, put Spencer down for a nap, made Janelle promise to stay in the play room for quiet time, and crashed on the couch in the middle of her messy house.

Sometimes it's just easier to be a few pounds heavier than you'd like.

How sad but true! I love the last picture. Did you cut and dye your hair? I see red. I like.

I feel your pain. :)

You are so cute Laura, and these pictures make you look SO young. :) I mean, you are young, but you know what I'm saying!

Love the candids. I wouldn't mess with you--that's for sure. You look like you've got 101 uses for a wooden spoon. Haha.

Crystal - No, I haven't done anything new with my hair. I bought a highlighting kit about 3 months ago, but have yet to use it. My hair sometimes looks red depending on the light. Thanks though!

Sarah- You're too nice. When I was 17 and was mistaken for a 12 year-old I was a little offended, but I'm just flattered now that you think I look young. :)

Sarah- On a bad day, bring on the wooden spoon!!!

It's funny how working out is supposed to give us more energy, but sometimes it doesn't seem to work that way. Too bad our kids can't just give us some of theirs!

Normally I wouldn't agree with your last statement being a former personal trainer ....I never understood when clients would say they didn't have time....but after two kids...working out went from my life to my last priority! I totally understand how hard it is now!
