Easy peasy-- In the html section of your template, find #header and #header-wrapper and change the border to 0px, or just delete that line altogether! Now, let's see some more scrapbook pages! :)

I would imagine it's a part of your template. You'd have to figure out what line of code is for the border and erase it if that is the case.
