One afternoon Kyle was reading Spencer a "Thomas" book from the library. One particular sentence said, "Percy wheeshed to Thomas," to which Kyle exclaimed,
"What the heck?!?!" (Wheeshed?!?!)
While Kyle was trying to figure out what "wheeshed" meant, Spencer jumped off the couch, ran up to me and said,
"Heck Mommy! Heck! Heck Mommy! Heck!"
I totally cracked up! I couldn't help but laugh at my two-year-old running around saying, "Heck Mommy!" So of course seeing me laugh made Spencer think that "heck" was a funny word. He went around saying it for the rest of the afternoon. Good thing it wasn't the other word!
