Busy as a bee.

5:03 pm

Do YOU think Spencer is tired?
He's just laying right beneath my feet on the hard kitchen floor while I try to make him dinner.
Thursday according to Spencer:

7:15am- Hear Mommy waking Janelle up and don't want to miss out on any fun so I better get up too!
8:20am- Drop Gigi off at school and head to the gym with Mommy. She only will let me keep my blanket in the kids club if I don't cry...good thing I was happy the whole time! (Don't worry, Mommy made me stick my blankie in the washer the second...I repeat, the second...we got home from the gym.)
9:50am- Head home and have snack while Mommy showers. She made me eat it at the table with NO "Thomas." I was mad, but quickly got over it.
11:00am- Grandpa calls and wants to take me out to lunch and get a treat! I get to eat chicken and french fries and ice cream AND drink root beer. I am not hyper at all when I get back home!!
12:00pm- My friends Elly & Jake come over to play and get me out of nap time.
3:00pm- My friends have to go home and I am getting sleepy so I lounge around watching tv most of the afternoon. Mommy only feels a *little* guilty letting me watch it for two hours straight.
5:00pm- Even though I won't admit it, I'm REALLY tired, so I'll just whine and get mad until Mommy gets me dinner.
5:10pm- Cry that I don't want spaghetti for dinner so Mommy tells me that it's not spaghetti, just noodles. I guess that's okay, so I eat it all.
6:06pm- I'm in bed and lights are out. I cry for a total of 30 seconds and then....

He's out!

(This picture was taken yesterday right after he'd woken up from his nap. I just thought it was cute!)
Darn that thumb. Guess we should start saving for braces now.

On another note...

This afternoon I was de-junking Janelle's room (something I have to do while she's gone every few months since she likes to save EVERYTHING). I decided it was time to re-arrange her room a little. I moved the bed and her nightstand, then I started moving the bookshelf. I got it halfway to the other side of the room when for some unexplicable reason the dang bookshelf sliced my toe open. Darn the hazards of housecleaning!!! It was a bloody mess....literally. I limped around the house the rest of the afternoon. I hate injuring my feet, it hurts a million times worse than anywhere else on your body.

Do you ever work out in the EARLY morning, like 5am? I need to get into a routine now that I'm settled at home. I need to develop the discipline to just go on my own. "The Biggest Loser"'s inspired me. That show's so awesome.

BTW, sexy toes.

Sorry about your toe!

sounds like Spencer had a pretty good day. :) When you figure out the thumb issue, let us know would you?

YOUCH!

We've all had bad luck with housekeeping these last few days. Hope your toe is back to normal soon!

I'll be back to my normal school walking routine on Monday!
