(Sorry in advance for those of you that think this is too much information!!!!)
Thanks everyone for your great potty-training suggestions! I really appreciated them. (And good luck to all of you that are in my same boat. Really. I wish you an abundance of patience...something I need more of!) Since my last "potty post" Spencer has pooped in the toilet once. I made a HUGE deal about it and I think it has encouraged him a little. Today he actually wanted to try going, and even though he didn't, I'm glad he's overcoming his fears. :) Here's a funny conversation we had while he was sitting on the toilet...
Me: "Can you get your poop out?"
Spencer: "I'n twying."

Hooray for Spencer! We've been having a little more luck at our house too. I found a Lightning McQueen Pull-Ups box with a potty chart on it at WalMart that Ben is pretty excited about. I really didn't think he'd care about stickers on a chart but he does! Good luck!
Well, I have to side with Spencey on this. Sometimes it is.
I'm right with you. One of my New Year's resolutions was to potty train Brit. Everything started out smoothly--he was doing great w/#1, but I think his poops are "too heavy" too, because I finally gave up a few days ago after washing way too many pairs of undies. Let me know if you have any ideas.
That is so funny!!
