But let's start with last Saturday, because I know you want to see the pictures!
Saturday:
Father's Day prep (because I'm a procrastinator) and Ward Picnic at sprinkler park

Sunday:
Celebrated Father's Day - breakfast with Daddy then dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's.
While I was putting the finishing touches on breakfast, the kids decided they wanted to build Daddy "Father's Day" buildings out of blocks. They were so excited to show them to him, I thought it was cute! Janelle built Daddy's "work" (note the UNT sign in front) and Spencer built him a snake building (which is actually a straight line, I suppose it wasn't a very slithery snake).
Daddy scored with his favorite flavored Jelly Bellys, a 6-pack of rootbeer, and a new comic book appropriately entitled "Baby Blues."
Monday:
Errands, errands, errands! Spencer and nephew, Mark's combined family birthday party (more to come on that later).
But here's the dessert I made for the birthday boys...

And here's a peek at the nearly-three-year-old...
...just 'cause he's so stinkin' cute!
Tuesday:
Spencer's VCUG (Kidney test) which basically took all day.
Obviously this isn't a picture of him actually getting the x-rays done, but I had to put a picture of him here!

He did SO well this time! (He's actually had probably 6 of these done since he's been born.) He had to be sedated, but he didn't even cry when they put the mask on him this time. Last year he screamed bloody murder! And the even better part is that his urinary reflux that he's had since he was born is all gone! Yea!! We don't actually see his doctor until tomorrow, so we're still waiting to hear how the kidney he had surgery on is doing, but in December it was perfect, so we're hoping it's still doing well! I'm just relieved his reflux is gone. He's been on an antibiotic since day one (to prevent infection), but I stopped giving it to him probably 2 months ago, just because 1. He'd never had an infection. 2. His last VCUG a year ago showed he'd gone down from grade 3 to grade 1 reflux (the mildest form). And 3. I didn't feel good about giving it to him anymore, I didn't feel like it was benefitting him at all. Good thing he didn't need that antibiotic! Anyway, we're so happy that his kidneys are practically good as new!Wednesday:
Major cleaning day and my doctor's appointment.
I was scheduled to have an ultrasound to check the baby's size, then the glucose test, then a checkup. I had the ultrasound, then they decided to postpone the glucose test for 2 weeks since apparently I was a couple of days early for it. I was kind of disappointed I couldn't just get it over with (especially since I'd been stressing it all day), but at least I don't have to worry about needles for a couple more weeks!
Here's our little chunky monkey...check out those cheeks!

Today I am 24 weeks, the little princess is measuring just under 26 weeks. Me and my big babies....*sigh.* It's apparently in their DNA because it is NOT me! Especially this time around! Once I finally got over being sick, I have exercised at least 4 days a week (if not more) and I do not eat badly. My babies are just big! Oh well. As long as she comes out in a timely manner and is healthy, I am not complaining! Let's just say come labor time, epidurals are my best friend. :)
It was fun seeing our baby girl though! Not that I'm partial or anything, but she's pretty darn cute! She kept sticking her fingers in her mouth and looking straight at the "camera." I can't wait to meet her!
