Yup, this little girl has stolen my heart!
I cannot believe that she is already 3 months. She's 13 lbs. and one little chunk of sweetness. She still has some fussy moments, but she is much better than she was. Her first two months she had terrible gas issues that made her super uncomfortable, but I think I've got my diet figured out and she seems to be doing a lot better. She still gets up twice a night to eat, but even that is better than it used to be! Neither Janelle nor Spencer slept through the night until about 6 months, so I really have no hopes for Ally either. Oh well. She is the most happy in the mornings when she smiles from ear to ear for a good hour, I love it! She's also becoming very verbal. I'm pretty sure she'll be an early talker just like the other two. She just started laughing a few days ago and we just can't get enough it! It's SO cute! I'll have to record it one of these days and post it.
She also has been trying so hard to sit up. She pretty much does baby crunches every waking moment. Fortunately we have the Bumbo seat and she LOVES it.
No rolling yet, but she seems to like chilling on the floor for short periods of time.
How it happened so early, I have no idea, but she is totally a mama's girl. She likes to cry when other people hold her. What can I say? I'm the one that feeds her. :) Hopefully she'll get better about it!
Here are a few things she likes:
- Eating :)
- Bathtime
- Sleeping in Mommy and Daddy's bed (not an intentional common occurrence)
- Her little toy clock
- Her Bumbo seat
- Rocking in the rocking chair with Daddy
- Watching Janelle and Spencer play
- Getting her toes tickled
- Blowing bubbles
- The noise of the vacuum, blow dryer, dishwasher or bathroom fan
- Getting her fingernails trimmed
- Waiting any amount of time to eat when she's hungry
- Getting lathered with lotion
- Getting stuck in traffic or exceptionally long red lights

So yeah, Sadie is still super super attached to me. Although now we aren't nursing as much so it's much better... and she def. loves her daddy and a couple close friends, but not many... she is way more attached than the others ever were. I have no point to this--except I can relate. :)

Yea for #5! She's just too cute.
Jacob would be in bed with us a lot when he was a baby. With 3 children, it is purely about survival!
