This is the second year in a row we've gone to Lake Ray Roberts early on Memorial Day for breakfast and a morning at the beach. It was so fun! And by the time we were tired and ready to leave the crowds were just showing up, it was the perfect day!
I did a great job of playing and a bad job of taking pictures. Oh well. My mom, aunt and uncle helped a ton with Ally so I could go hike with my dad and then take a turn on the canoe we rented. Thanks Mom, Diane and Bryan!!! Can't wait to do it again sometime this summer!

oohhh breakfast is a GREAT idea!!!! We went to a lake at lunch and it was crowded, but not as bad as when we left. but i love the breakfast idea!! maybe we'll do that for labor day!! how fun!!
Sounds like fun, I need a beach day.
Looks like a fun morning at Lake Ray Roberts. I still need to check out that place. I bet my boys would love it there.
