Heigh ho, heigh ho, it's off to the beach we go! Our beach house was right on the beach, it was wonderful being able to walk right onto it from our doorstep!
Janelle and Ayden buried in the sand. When we got back to our beach house to shower these two off, there was so much sand in the shower you could have buried them all over again! How can so much sand get packed into such small swimsuits?

More playing in the sand. The waves were so high that they had to build up sand near the pier so the parking lot wouldn't flood. The little trenches the bulldozer left were perfect for little girls to play in.
Here's some pictures from the beach part of Newport Beach! The water was pretty cold...65 degrees cold, so we did a lot of playing in the sand on the beach. Kyle and Brad were brave enough to face the huge waves and cold water though. It's had to tell in the picture, but the waves were HUGE! They were so loud and tall that Janelle was actually afraid to go too near them. She sure did a lot of sand playing though. Kyle was sore the next day from being knocked over by waves a few times!

oh, it makes me want to do it all over again. It was so much fun. Janelle and Ayden played so well together I wish they could be together everyday. It would make my life a little easier.
All these pictures make me want to go to the beach!
