We had to get a few things from Sam's this morning and every time we go Janelle asks me if we can get flowers. I always tell her no. So this morning when I told her where we had to go, before we were even in the car to head there she asked me if she could get flowers. I decided for Valentine's Day I'd finally let her pick some out. She was very excited to get them and told me they were going to be for her "wedding." (At that I responded that they wouldn't last 21 years, and that when she gets married we'll get new flowers.)

Kyle and I are totally hooked on iTunes, so we decided to make Janelle and Spencer CD's. Spencer thought eating his was a better idea.

G- Yeah, we tell Janelle she can't get married until she's 25. Sometimes she asks if 24 is okay and I just tell her I'll think about it. I love that she listens to me right now. Although with how obsessed she is about weddings we'll be lucky if she makes it to 21!
What is it with girls and weddings? Isabella is totally obsessed as well. Also, Life is a Highway is one of her favorite songs too. Too bad we don't live close it sounds as if our daughters could be good friends, although Janelle is older by 1 year.
Jen- I can't tell you how happy I am to hear that Isabella is as obsessed about her wedding as Janelle is. Seriously, I was starting to wonder if it was normal for a 4 year old to be so obsessive about it. I guess it's just a little girl thing! It really is too bad we don't live closer, Janelle would love Bella. Move back to McKinney!!!!
Gillian used to be very obsessed with the wedding thing and the husband part. However, now that I think about it, I haven't heard her talk about that in a long time. I think maybe it stopped when she started kindergarten. I'm really glad though, it was driving me bonkers. She kept saying papa should be her husband, it was weird.
Love the CD's. Sounds like Janelle and Gillian have similiar tastes in music. Of course, we all listen to mostly the same things, so Liam too, LOL.
