The Big Orange

Yesterday we ventured out the the Celina Pumpkin Patch with the kids and their cousins (Mark and Celeste).

We got to feed and pet the animals (goats, sheep, and cows)...
...Take pictures with Pooh and Piglet...

...Take a tractor hay ride around the farm to find poor Farmer Rick who got stuck in a bail of hay...

...Climb on a hay bail spider...

...Practice our roping skills in the Roping Pen...
...Find the muddiest pumpkin in the whole field...

...Try to pick up ginourmous pumpkins...

...Go "nighnight"...

...and eat some raw muddy corn.

Pumpkin Patch Trip: Success!

That looks like a fun pumpkin patch. We have been to three different ones this year but none of them had animals (well, one had stinky featherless chickens). I think the animals would make it fun.

Wow you had way more fun than us!!! We went today and Kacey was the perfect pill! She slept through the hayride and was a complete grouch after and wouldn't even pick a pumpkin. Maybe next year...that is a great pumpkin farm!

Cute! In the picture where Mark has Spencer in a "headlock", Spencer looks almost as big as him! He's going to be tall, blond, and handsome! Wait, he already is.

You got some great pictures. Since we went with preschool, we didn't get to go off on our own and do whatever we wanted. Remember how cold it was last year when we went? I wish it would get that cold again soon.

Your kids are so adorable! And you look so great. Field trips, running after kids, cleaning the house...it sounds like you're doing the exact same thing I do every day...I wish we lived closer to do it together!
