Here it is, the first Disney blog (trust me, I've got a few posts coming.) A big THANK YOU to Grandma and Grandpa Platt for sponsoring our trip. We had a great time and were honored to tag along with you two and Emily!
While we were at Disney World I filled my camera memory stick to maximum capacity (so easy to do when you and your kids are both overstimulated)! I had to download most of my pictures onto my Dad's laptop to make room for more. I haven't made it to my parent's house yet to get a copy of them, so I've only got a few of the pictures. But here's a quick summary of how the kids did on our trip:

Janelle was in heaven being surrounded by princesses, characters, and rides galore...but she did not like the heat!
Spencer loved most rides, loved all the characters, didn't even mind the heat...but he did NOT like waiting in any kind of line!
Here we are visiting Mickey and Minnie. Janelle, of course, was excited the whole time we were in line to see them and couldn't stop talking about it. Spencer, despite having to wait in more lines, was all smiles when it was his turn to see our two favorite mice. He gave them both big smiles and was enthralled with their noses.

Sounds like fun! That picture of Spencer squeaking Minnie's nose made me laugh pretty hard. It is a classic.

It looks like you guys had so much fun. We are going in Dec. with my whole family, but I am a little bit nervous since I will have a 4 week old. How was it with two kids? I would love to hear more about your experience, maybe it will help comfort me! E-mail me if you can!
How fun! I bet Ben would go straight for their noses too...that's so funny. Looking forward to more Disney posts!
