Last week, Kyle's two sisters and nieces came to visit us. It was a fabulous 5 days!!! I miss them already! Here's a glimpse at what we did...
(Warning: Picture overload!!!)
The first two days they were here were the amazingly WARM days we had. And since Jenni was coming from Boise and Hillary was coming from New York City, they wanted to soak in as much of the sun as they could before heading back. Of course now that it's sleeting outside as I'm typing, I'm REALLY glad we spent those first two days outside!

We hadn't seen Jenni & Hillary and the girls for over a year, so we were super excited to get to spend time with them. Alex was a little sweetheart, I couldn't get enough of her!
Janelle & Ayden, though they're 18 months & 6 inches apart, hit it off the moment they saw each other. Aren't they cute?
This is right before Alex lost control of her running speed and did a graceful front flip! Fortunately she was fine.
On Thursday we ventured out to UNT in Denton to visit Kyle's new work and then get some delectable ice cream at Beth Marie's, our new favorite ice cream shop!

A little down time...
Spencer sucking his thumb, Ayden sucking her two fingers...
...and Janelle & Alex thoughtfully watching cartoons.
On Friday afternoon we sent Janelle and Ayden down the street to cooking class. They made homemade wonton soup and fortune cookies. Yum!!!

While the older girls were at cooking class we took Spencer and Alex to the popcorn store. They were very content munching on popcorn balls and flavored popcorn!

Even Hillary joined in on the munching fun. She tried salsa verde...mmmmm!!!
As we were walking back, the kiddos were being adorable, so of course we had to get some cute shots.

Of course all the kids had their moments. But they're still cute with red pouty faces and screaming cries.

Sleeping pics.
A Mammen trip isn't complete without a trip to Grimaldi's! We ordered some MAJOR pizza. And when we told the waiter no on dessert, he replied, "Yeah, I would have been surprised if you had." Ha ha! We weren't offended...we're all proud of the fact that we love eating. :)
On Saturday we crashed at my parents house for a little Rock Band for the older kids...
...and swimming for the li'l kiddos.

On Saturday night we had to say goodbye to Hillary who was leaving the next morning to head back to New York. We sure loved having her! She's one of the most fun people I know!
Then on Monday morning we had to say goodbye to Jenni and the girls. We surprised Janelle at school and took her out to lunch so she could see her cousins one last time.
