Sorry, no pictures, but this dessert was to die for! I took it to our family Easter dinner and everyone kept asking me for the recipe. I found it on The Pioneer Woman website (go there to see pictures), or I also posted it on E's Recipe Corner.
I don't know why I am the first person to comment. That recipe sounds pretty good. I will have to try it but I think I will substitute Squirt for the Mt. Dew. Did your look as pretty as those pictures?
Bill- Squirt would probably turn out really good! That's the grapefruit soda right? It actually did look that pretty when it came out of the oven! I just haven't been my usual photographer self lately. I actually forgot my camera that day...something very unheard of! Let's just call it pregnant brain. :)
Oh, goodie! I was going to pester you and now I don't have to. ;o) Cookies, BTW, were FANTASTIC. I want to know how you get them so thick and perfectly cooked.
My mom made those awhile ago and they are awesome. I've loved everything I've tried from PW. And I love thre crayon idea! I think we'll try that today. Glad you're feeling better.
