Last Saturday was my first turn to venture down to the Dallas Farmer's Market and pick up our produce for 11 families. Kyle and Ally tagged along and we had a great time! We made it home with strawberries, lettuce, avocados, pineapple, asparagus, oranges, grapefruit, carrots and potatoes. Everything we've tried so far has been D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S and far more superior than anything I'd get at the grocery store! Mmmmmmm....

Mike and I want to start a farmer's market this summer. We had more than enough in our garden last year and St. Johns doesn't have one.
That produce is beautiful! The lettuce is like the size of a person!

So tell me about this? You do some kind of co-op and you take turns going and buying? Does it save alot doing this?
